Our Story

We raised our kids and retired from our home businesses years ago. We wanted to see the United States and make money, so we started trucking. 

We bought a pickup truck and wanted to have more freedom. The semi-truck provided some cooking equipment, but a pickup truck had a lot less room.

We tried several diets which led to high cholesterol or too much salt. We found that making our own freeze-dried food was the way to go. Freeze dried meals were light and easy to prepare on the road by just adding hot water. 

 We wanted to help others find good healthy food that was not too expensive.
